Group fitness classes

Since 1983 The Fitness Center has been known for its group fitness classes.  We offer one of the most diverse, challenging and fun schedules of any gym in the area. With many classes offered every week our classes are easy to fit into your schedule so you can reach your fitness goals. All of our classes are open to all fitness levels. Just let the instructor know if it’s your first time for some pre-class information. Monticello has a group fitness studio that includes group cycling.

Our diverse class schedules include classes such as: Pound, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, TurboKick, Group Cycling, The ABS Class, Young at Heart (Senior Class), Silver Sneakers, Healthy Backs, Stretching and TSX, our new body toning, calorie exploding strength workout and many more classes to choose from. Our incredible instructors are certified by AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) and other certifying organizations. Specialty class instructors also hold certificates in their given area (Zumba, TurboKick, Pilates, Yoga and Group Cycling). Class offerings vary throughout the year based upon seasonal demand.
